Quesnel RCMP is on the lookout for a missing man who may be in Kamloops.
According to police, Malcolm Earl McLaughlin, a 90-year-old man with dementia, was last seen on Monday at 4 pm. McLaughlin has a history of memory loss and leaving his home without being in contact with his family is out of character.
McLaughlin is described as a 5'11" man who weighs 170 pounds with gray hair, brown eyes, and glasses. It is unknown what he was wearing at the time he went missing.
Friends of McLaughlin's family mentioned that his bank card was used in Kamloops sometime on Thursday. He is believed to be operating a black 2013 Chevrolet Trax with the license plate "EN1 15T."
The vehicle has a Canadian flag attached to the rear antenna. McLaughlin could be in the company of his Dachshund named "Chico."
