The Kamloops Blazers have added a blue liner to the roster.
The club announced this morning that it has signed 2006-born defenceman Kalan Anderlini to a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement.
The Langley product has scored two goals and added 14 helpers in 29 games for Yale Hockey Academy U18 Prep this season.
Standing 6’3” and 180 lbs, Anderlini was listed by the Blazers earlier this season.
“We are excited to welcome Kalan and his family to the Kamloops Blazers organization,” said GM and head coach Shaun Clouston. “We look forward to being part of Kalan’s development in the coming years.”
Anderlini is the fifth 2006-born player to be signed by the Blazers, joining goalie Jesse Sanche, defenceman Harrison Brunicke and forwards Ashton Tait and Connor Radke.
