British Columbia is reporting 375 new cases of COVID-19, this brings the total number of active cases in the province to 2,936.
Since the start of the pandemic, 213, 394 people who tested positive for COVID-19 have recovered from the virus.
Of the new/active cases this is how they break down in each region:
There are currently 301 people in hospital with COVID-19, and 98 of those individuals are in intensive care.
82 percent of people in critical care due to COVID-19 are not fully vaccinated.

In the past 24 hours, seven new deaths have been reported bringing the provincial pandemic death toll to 2,340.
From the new deaths, three were reported both in Fraser Health and Island Health, and one in Vancouver Coastal Health.
There are currently five active COVID-19 outbreaks at healthcare facilities across the province.

Since December 2020, the province has administered 8,709,802 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
From the eligible people five and older in BC, 84.8% (4,228,684) have received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and 81.7% (4,072,923) have received their second dose.
Of the eligible people 12 and older in BC, 91.2% (4,225,895) have received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, 87.9% (4,072,902) received their second dose, and 9% (434,790) have received a third dose.
Also, 91.6% (3,960,344) of all eligible adults in BC have received their first dose, 88.4% (3,823,351) received their second dose, and 10% (434,146) have received a third dose.
