The lineup for the 2024 edition of Armstrong MetalFest (AMF) has arrived.
Organizers unveiled the bill today for the two-day music festival that will take place at the IPE grounds and Hassen Arena in Armstrong on Friday, July 12, and Saturday, July 13.
It will be the 14th annual AMF and organizers promise two days of “unforgettable moshing, headbanging and camping” at Western Canada’s largest mountain mosh pit.
The event will be headlined by California tech death giants Decrepit Birth and electronicore and deathcore specialists The Browning out of Kansas City.
Other notable names in the lineup include XUL, Eye Of Horus, Opal In Sky, Cyborg Octopus, Arkaik and plenty others.
“From iconic headliners to promising newcomers, the 2024 lineup is set to showcase the best of diverse metal genres, ensuring an electrifying experience for all,” says a release from the festival.
AMF has been a staple of the summer in the North Okanagan since 2009, with the exception of pandemic-cancelled years in 2020 and 2021.
Each year, hundreds of metalheads from all over Canada and beyond descend on Armstrong to take in the music and catch up with their metal-loving family.
More information, including how to buy festival and camping passes, is available through the AMF website.
