BC brewery secures international headliners for annual summer music festival

Phillips Brewing is going back to its roots with its popular summer music festival.

After experimenting with multiple events in recent years, the Phillips Backyard Music Festival will return to a single weekend in 2026.

It will take place at the popular Victoria brewery from July 10-12 and a trio of big-name international headliners were announced today.

Chance the Rapper, Father John Misty and Modest Mouse will serve as the main acts over the course of three days.

The undercard includes names like Wolf Parade, Duckwrth, Jon and Roy, Sophia Stel, Sudan Archives and Angine de Poitrine.

Phillips Backyard Music Festival weekend passes will set you back $325, while single-day tickets are $125. More information can be found online.
