It’s not your typical music festival, but it has your typical music festival headliner.
The SeaWheeze lululemon Half Marathon is set for another year in Vancouver, bringing a run, yoga, beer and great music to Stanley Park.
The event, which takes place on Saturday, Sept. 22, features yoga, meditation and a whole lot more on Friday, from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m., before the real festivities get going on Saturday.
The SeaWheeze Half Marathon starts at 7 a.m. on Saturday with brunch to follow.
That will be followed up by the SeaWheeze Sunset Festival from 4:30 p.m. until 11 p.m., which will culminate with a performance from world famous D.J. Diplo.
He won’t be the only musical entertainment that evening, as both Felix Cartal and DJ Drez will be providing the tunes before Diplo hits the stage.
The festival will also feature a whole lot of yoga, including a sunset session, which will be lead by Janet Stone, a San Francisco-based globally recognized yoga warrior.
You’ll also find a local artisan market and delicious food and beverages on site.
The SeaWheeze Half Marathon is sold out and only 5,000 tickets are available for the Sunset Festival, which you can buy through the SeaWheeze website.
