Here’s everything coming to Netflix Canada in August 2025

It’s a relatively quiet month coming up for Netflix releases, but that’s not necessarily a surprise during the dog days of summer.

There are still a few notable releases en route though, with the most highly-anticipated likely being the show Wednesday.

The first half of season two of the supernatural mystery comedy series that follows Wednesday Addams will be released on Aug. 6.

New seasons of Love Is Blind: UK, My Life With the Walter Boys, Miss Governor and Perfect Match will also arrive in August alongside a slew of new series, including Long Story Short from the creator of BoJack Horseman.

A few new movies and documentaries are on the way, and football fans can get excited about the releases of SEC Football: Any Given Saturday and America’s Team: The Gambler and His Cowboys.

There’s only one comedy special coming out in August, but it’s a big name. Jim Jefferies: Two Limb Policy will come out on Aug. 12.
