A pair of popular Canadian personalities are hitting the road together this spring and they’ll be coming to the Okanagan.
Jann Arden and Rick Mercer’s Will They or Won’t They Tour will kick off in late April and wind its way west through Canada for a month.
The final three shows of the 16-date tour will be in British Columbia and that includes Prospera Place in Kelowna on Saturday, May 25.
“This nationwide tour will feature two of Canada’s most notable voices in a free wheeling, unscripted, unrehearsed and unrestrained discussion that will have audiences cheering on the two Canadian icons,” notes a release from promoter Live Nation.
“Spend an evening of laughter, stories and successes from their careers in entertainment, spanning multiple decades.”
Tickets will be available through a presale at 10 am on Tuesday, Feb. 27, before going out to the general public at 10 am on Friday, March 1.
There isn’t much that Arden hasn’t done over her lengthy career, as the Calgary native is a multi-platinum, award-winning singer, songwriter, actor and author.
Mercer is one of Canada’s best-known homegrown TV personalities, kickstarting his career on This Hour Has 22 Minutes and parlaying that into the satirical political series The Rick Mercer Report.
