Killswitch Engage will be hitting the road in the new year and they’ll be swinging through the Okanagan.
The three-time Grammy-nominated hard rock heavyweights will be stopping at the South Okanagan Events Centre (SOEC) in Penticton on Friday, March 21, 2025.
It’s the band’s first North American tour since late 2022 as they’ve been busy working on new material.
Killswitch Engage’s lineup consists of Jesse Leach on vocals, Adam Dutkiewicz and Joel Stoetzel on guitars, Mike D’Antonio on bass and Justin Foley on drums.
Leach says “excited is an understatement” on how he feels about the upcoming tour, which will see the band play a mix of new and old songs.
“It is going to make for a really great live experience for everybody who comes to check out this tour,” he said.
“I feel like the band is firing on all cylinders and the timing for this tour couldn't be more perfect. This will be a tour to be remembered...mark my words."
Leach is also excited about the support acts coming along for the tour, which will be Kublai Khan TX, Fit For a King and Frozen Soul.
He calls it a “powerful and eclectic blend of hardcore and metal” that will make for “a really great live experience.”
Tickets to see Killswitch Engage on tour at the SOEC in March go on sale to the general public through Valley First Tickets at 10 am on Friday, Nov. 1, 2024.
