After postponing the last two years due to the pandemic, Rockin’ River Music Fest is coming back this summer.
The popular Merritt music festival confirmed its return today and dropped a star-studded lineup that will have country fans fired up for its return.
It’s been 954 days and counting since people last left the festival grounds in Merritt after the 2019 festival, so the countdown is officially on for the 2022 edition, which will run from July 28-31.
Multiple Grammy Award-winning stars Tim McGraw and Darius Rucker are the headliners for Rockin’ River Music Fest 2022.
The undercard is nothing to scoff at either, as McGraw and Rucker will be joined by Chris Janson, Billy Currington, Hardy, Randy Houser, Kip Moore, Jo Dee Messina and many others.
Tickets go on sale Thursday at 10 am and they will set you back $179 plus fees and taxes for a four-day general admission pass.
If you want to be up near the stage, you will need a party zone pass that is a little more expensive at $299 plus fees and taxes for the full weekend.
If you are looking to splurge and get some VIP treatment, you will want to look into a party patio pass, which is $429 plus fees and taxes for all four days.
You also have the option of buying single-day general admission or party zone passes for $125 or $175 respectively, plus those pesky taxes and fees of course.
Kids 12 and under will get into the festival free if they’re with a paying adult. They will get a wristband at the gate, but kids closer to 12 must have a valid student ID or birth certificate with them.
Camping passes also go on sale on Thursday morning and there are plenty of different sizing and pricing options to fit your exact needs.
Visit the Rockin’ River Music Fest website for all the information you need on the festival, lineup and camping.
