The Weeknd released his sixth studio album today.
The record is called Hurry Up Tomorrow and it’s the final chapter of his trilogy following 2020’s After Hours and 2022’s Dawn FM.
And as is often the case with an album release, the Canadian superstar also revealed a large North American tour that kicks off May 9 in Phoenix.
The tour will see The Weeknd, better known to his mother as Abel Tesfaye, play 26 stadium shows around the continent over the course of the summer.
Four of those shows are in his home country of Canada starting with right here in British Columbia, as he’ll play BC Place in Vancouver on Tuesday, July 15.
If you’d rather see The Weeknd on the weekend, BC fans may also be interested in his Seattle and Edmonton dates, which are Saturday, July 19, and Saturday, July 26, respectively.
Promoters promise never-before-seen production and an electrifying setlist on the After Hours Til Dawn 2025 Tour.
The Weeknd will be joined on the road by Atlanta rapper Playboi Carti and Mike Dean.
Tickets to see The Weeknd live this summer will go on sale through Live Nation at 10 am on Friday, Feb. 7, and there will be presale opportunities as early as Wednesday, Feb. 5.
