Pirate Paks aren’t just for the kids on Wednesday.
Aug. 13 is White Spot’s annual Pirate Pak Day, which means it’s your chance to relive those carefree childhood days by getting an adult Pirate Pak for dinner.
For every Pirate Pak sold at 51 participating White Spot restaurants throughout British Columbia today, $2 will be donated to Zajac Ranch.
Zajac Ranch is a BC-based charity dedicated to providing children and young adults with serious illnesses and chronic disabilities with an unforgettable camp experience.
“Pirate Pak Day is a treasured tradition for our team and for our guests,” said White Spot president Trent Carroll. “It’s a chance for everyone in the family to be a kid again, enjoy a legendary Pirate Pak and help give back to Zajac Ranch.”
Here’s what the adult Pirate Pak menu looks like on Wednesday (each comes with fries, coleslaw, a chocolate coin and a scoop of ice cream, but no drink):
White Spot has sold nearly 500,000 Pirate Paks as part of this annual fundraiser, which is now in its 12th year.
Through this fundraiser and more, White Spot has raised more than $1 million for Zajac Ranch.
