Whether you like it or not, summer is winding down.
Although there’s still around a month until fall officially begins, the end of August and the Labour Day long weekend is typically the end of summer fun for most.
Don’t worry, there’s still a bit of time, but both of those things are right around the corner and Starbucks isn’t even waiting that long because the popular coffee chain’s fall menu is is back across Canada today.
Of course, that means the annual return of the Pumpkin Spice Latte, which has become Starbucks’ most iconic drink over the years.
There's also a brand new fall drink for people to enjoy, as Starbucks has launched the Apple Crisp Macchiato, which you can try hot or iced.
The coffee chain says the drink "offers customers comfort to the core with layered flavours of apple and brown sugar melding like the filling of a gooey apple pie in harmony with espresso, steamed milk and a caramelized-spiced-apple drizzle for a nostalgic autumn pick-me-up."
Of course, fall drinks like the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Apple Oat Flat White and Salted Caramel Mocha are back on the menu as well, along with bakery items like the pumpkin scone and pumpkin cream cheese muffin.
So if you're a fall fanatic, you can already get a taste of your favourite season at Starbucks, but you may have to wait a few weeks before it truly starts to feel like fall.
