The BCLC is looking for help improving the head office located in Kamloops.
A request for proposal (RFP) has been issued by BCLC for a real estate advisor to help determine a long-term solution for the building.
The building located on Seymour St. is over 50-years-old with many original mechanical, electrical and structural components still in place.
The office houses customer service, support call centre, data centre, information technology, finance functions and a portion of the security, human resources and executive team.
“The successful proponent will assist BCLC in a review and planning of our office space requirements in Kamloops. This will include completing a needs assessment and the development of a business case to ultimately determine the most efficient and cost effective solution that will service us in the long-term,” a press release said.
The RFP is currently open at BCBid and closes on May 19.
