A bail hearing was adjourned for the third time for the man charged with attempted murder in connection to the beating of a teen last month.
At Kamloops Provincial Court on Monday, Kristopher Teichrieb, 39, appeared by video as his lawyer adjourned his bail hearing.
Teichrieb remains in custody after being arrested for beating Jessie Simpson, 18, on June 19.
According to RCMP, during the early hours of June 19, Teichrieb looked out his window to see Simpson standing on his driveway. The two had an altercation which sent Simpson to the hospital where he remains in critical condition.
A fix-a-date is scheduled for Thursday to schedule a new date for a bail hearing.
