There’s no need to be bored this weekend because there’s tons going on in Kamloops. If you want to get out and about on your days off, but aren't sure where to start, here is a list of great things we think you should check out on your weekend excursions!
Head to the Barnhartvale Community Hall tomorrow night for an evening filled with music. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for the general audience and music will begin at 7 p.m.

Price: $5 for adults and free of charge for performers and children under 12 years of age.
Tomorrow beginning at 9 a.m at The Happyness Centre, participants will be guided through two yoga classes, two guided meditations and a workshop. This day retreat will leave you feeling refreshed and empowered.

Go cheer on the Kamloops Storm as they take on the Sicamous Eagles on Sunday, Jan. 21 at Memorial Arena.

Grab the kids and head to the Henry Grube Education Centre tomorrow for a day of storytelling, face painting and lots of activities. The goal of Family Literacy Day is to increase awareness of the importance of reading.
