(UPDATE: Dec. 12 @ 3:48 pm) – The Kamloops RCMP say that a man who was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant has been arrested.
On Nov. 19, a warrant was issued for Chad Douglas Berry, 41, who police said was wanted for being unlawfully at large.
In a news release issued Thursday afternoon, police said Berry was taken into custody in the Lower Mainland on Wednesday.
(Original story: Nov. 19 @ 3:54 pm) – The Kamloops RCMP are asking for the public’s help locating a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
A news release issued Tuesday afternoon, Chad Dougals Berry, 41, is wanted on an arrest warrant for being unlawful at large.
Although he is from Kamloops, police say it is possible he may be travelling elsewhere in BC, including the Lower Mainland and Prince George.
He is described as a white, bald man with green eyes. He stands at 6’3 and weighs about 230 pounds. He also has numerous tattoos, including a child’s footprint on the left side of his neck.
“Those with information related to his possible whereabouts are asked to please contact their nearest detachment, without approaching him,” says Cpl. Crystal Evelyn.
