Kamloops' beloved craft beverage and music festival is returning to McArthur Island this year but will be hosted in the fall time.
Organizers have announced that BrewLoops will be happening on Oct. 3-4.
Attendees will be hosted on the scenic disc golf course at McArthur Island to enjoy their favourite craft beer, cider and spirits. There will also be non-alcoholic options available.
Organizers confirmed that the hugely popular DJ stage or “rave” stage will be back, and bigger than last year’s version.
There will also be a second stage set up for live bands.
Festival-goers will get a chance to enjoy a wide variety of music styles and genres including Shred Kelly, local acts DayTimeHighs and Wander North and many other bands that will be announced in the coming weeks.
Organizers are working to secure up to seven bands and six DJs.
“We can’t wait to be back on McArthur Island and to take our event to the next level for the Kamloops community,” said Mitch Forgie of BrewLoops.
“This event looks to build on the momentum that we created with our event on McArthur Island last year.”
In addition to music and craft drinks, festival-goers will get a chance to try different food trucks, participate in different activities and a night market from different vendors from across the province.
Early bird tickets cost $45 plus fees and go on sale at this link on Aug. 1.
Those tickets will include a $10 drink voucher.
Drink tickets can also be purchased in advance and picked up at Kamloops Live! Box Office after Sept. 1
