People who carry a library card will be able to use them as a movie pass at the Paramount Theatre.
On Tuesday, the Thomson-Nicola Regional Library and Kamloops Film Society said they had partnered up to offer free passes to library card holders.
The passes can be borrowed for up to one week and will be valid for admission to one regular-priced screening at the Paramount Theatre. The pass will admit two adults or two seniors and two children or students.
Although the passes don’t include special events, the passes can be used during the Kamloops Film Festival which runs from March 2-11.
Patrons can place a hold on the pass at tnrl.ca or at their local library.
