With the Canadian government announcing that they would ground all Boeing 737 MAX 8 planes, Kamloops Airport took to Twitter to make sure passengers still arrive at their destinations on time.
In a tweet, YKA mentioned that though none of these aircraft fly to Kamloops, they do fly to connecting airports.
YKA is advising passengers to check the status of their flights and their airlines, adding that onward connections could be impacted.
"With Canada’s suspension of B737MAX, we advise all passengers to check the status of their flights with their airlines," wrote the tweet. "None of these aircraft operate to and from Kamloops, but onward connections may be impacted."
