It is no surprise that the River City is home to many talented cyclists, and Sunday proved just that...
According to the Canadian Cyclist, Kamloops' Catharine Pendrel was chosen by the editors as the Canadian Cyclist of the Decade.
The 39-year-old had a tremendous past 10 years, becoming world champion twice and winning 10 of her 11 World Cups.
