The Kamloops RCMP have released video footage of a vehicle allegedly involved in a recent break and enter investigation.
On Saturday, Mar. 9, around 5:10 am, RCMP officers responded to a report of a commercial break-in on the 400-block of Lorne Street, where skin care products were stolen, a release says.
“The break and enter happened very quickly, but luckily someone in the area captured a short video clip that shows two people getting into a white SUV that quickly drives away, following the break-in,” said Corporal Crystal Evelyn, Kamloops RCMP Detachment spokesperson.
“We are releasing the video in case anyone recognizes the vehicle or its occupants, or has additional footage that could be linked and help identify the suspects.”
The vehicle is a white SUV, however, the view of the camera was partially blocked due to balcony bars and further details were not provided by RCMP.
The Kamloops RCMP ask anyone with information that may be related to this incident to contact the Detachment at (250) 828-3000 and reference file 2024-6959.
