Kamloops RCMP is asking for the public's assistance in identifying a suspect who robbed a gas station in the city on Sunday.
Police explained that a suspect robbed the Canco Gas Station in the 200 block of Tranquille Road during the early hours of the morning.
They explained a suspect entered the gas station and demanded money from the register be put into a black cloth grocery bag. The suspect then left on foot towards the Overlander Bridge.
No one was injured during the incident and it is unknown if the suspect was male or female.
The suspect is described as 5' 8" tall and was wearing an olive green army-style thick coater over a brown jacket with a blue checkered hoodie. At the time of the incident, they were also wearing light blue gloves with a black neck gator over the bottom of their face.

There is no evidence connecting this robbery with any others that occurred in Kamloops.
