Kamloops RCMP searching for man, 47, reported missing this weekend

UPDATE: Unfortunately, Kelvin 'Kelly' Jobson's body was discovered near Big White on April 20. He is considered the victim of a homicide.

The Kamloops RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating a man that was last seen this past weekend.

According to a news release issued Wednesday afternoon, the RCMP were told that Kelvin Jobson, 47, has not been heard from since Saturday, April 6.

“Police are concerned for his well-being and are requesting that anyone who saw him recently or has information that may be related to his whereabouts, please reach out as soon as possible,” said Cpl. Crystal Evelyn, Kamloops RCMP Detachment spokesperson, in the release.

He is described as:

• Caucasian male

• 47 years old

• 6’

• 165 lbs

• Brown hair

• Brown eyes

Police say it is unknown if he currently has facial hair.
