The Kamloops Venom have their matchup set for the Thompson Okanagan Junior Lacrosse League Finals with a new face entering the ring.

Kamloops will square off against the South Okanagan Flames in game one on Friday at Memorial Arena. In their 20 year history, this is the first time the South Okanagan Flames have made the finals. They did so by beating Vernon in two games to one in a best of three playoff series.

The Venom took the league by storm this year, finishing 11-3 in 14 games played. In the seven games they played against the Flames, Kamloops went 6-1, outscoring South Ok 86 to 53.
Tip-off is at 7:30 in the Venom's home barn.
