Slightly new to the neighborhood, across from Thompson Rivers University, Reservoir serves Vancouver’s very own 49th Parallel Coffee Roasters beans. 49th Parallel has been roasting beans since 2004 and have now just recently opened their third cafe in Vancouver. 49th Parallel receives their fresh coffee delivery every Friday which means you’re always sipping fresh grinds.
Located in the heart of beautiful downtown, Cafe Motivo’s claim to fame is not only their housemade breakfast, lunch and dessert but is their coffee from JJ Bean. For four generations, the Neate family has been roasting coffee in Vancouver and they now have locations in both Vancouver and Toronto. Their roasting principles: Freshness and flavour.
This restaurant and cafe resides on the North Shore and is a local classic in the neighbourhood. Their coffee's third-wave; they deal directly with the farmers and select the beans which are roasted in-house. Focused on quality and community, Red Beard serves consistently delicious coffee.
The Art We Are is as eclectic as they come — soaps, artwork, homemade crafted items and coffee! Also located in beautiful downtown Kamloops, they brew Kicking Horse Organic Coffee from Invermere. Starting from a garage in 1996, Kicking Horse is an organic, fair trade coffee brewery located at the bottom of the Rockies. Good coffee beans with a mix of mountain water and you've got yourself a heavenly roast.
