The Kamloops RCMP detachment is appealing to members of the public to come forward with information related to a local man being charged with multiple offences, including sexual assault.
This past May, Kamloops RCMP arrested 27-year-old Dorian Michael Ilett after receiving allegations earlier in the month.
Ilett, who is also known as Dorian Pentney, has since been charged with sexual assault, uttering threats and two counts of criminal harassment.
The 27-year-old remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in court later this month.
“Police believe there may be people in our community who have additional information which could assist in advancing the investigation,” said Cpl. Dana Napier.
“We are asking anyone who thinks they might know something to please contact the detachment as soon as possible.”
Anyone with information related to the matter is asked to contact the Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3000 and cite files 2025-15933 and 2025-13577.
