“Charles left his workplace in the 6500 block of Old Highway 5 in Kamloops, driving his green Jeep Cherokee, bearing BC licence plate TB124J,” explained S/Sgt. Janelle Shoihet.

Shoihet noted that Kibble was last seen filling up his Jeep with gas at the Heffley Creek Store and Husky station, around two kilometres away from his workplace.

“It is uncharacteristic for Charles to leave work and not return, causing family and police to be concerned for his well-being,” added Shoihet.

Police provided the following description of Kibble:

  • Caucasian
  • Brown hair and beard
  • Brown eyes
  • 5’7” tall
  • 220 lbs
  • Last seen wearing a dark grey golf shirt and dark pants

Anyone with information related to Kibble or his vehicle’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3000 and quote file 2024-25365.
