Looking to make a splash in the real estate market? Well, one of Kamloops' most prominent office towers is officially up for sale.
Located on the corner of Victoria Street and 1st Avenue, the Landmark commercial tower is listed at $6.3 million.
The 11-storey, 37,000-square-foot building is adjacent to City Hall as well as the British Columbia Lottery Corporation. Co-owned by Kamloops' Brendan Shaw, the tower was built in 1967, but so far, it has stood the test of time.
When it was first picked up, the building had an occupancy rate of just over 50%. Now, the building is 83% leased with even more room to grow.
Currently, tenants include government workers, non-profits, a law firm, professional services firms, a couple of medical clinics, an advertising agency, and your friends at KamloopsNow!
