Pair of teenagers arrested after alleged assault at Brocklehurst Middle School

Kamloops RCMP arrested two local teenagers after a dispute at Brocklehurst Middle School.

On Wednesday, around 3 pm, officers responded to a report of a disturbance involving the two teens allegedly trespassing on school property.

When asked to leave, the youths allegedly made threats and one of them became assaultive leading to the police arresting the pair.

Both were taken into custody and later released with conditions and a court date.

An investigation into whether any charges will be recommended is ongoing.
