Kamloops Mounties have asked for the public’s help to find a missing woman.
Elizabeth Mcleod, 53, was last seen on June 17 in Kamloops.
She “left her accommodation at some point during the night and has not been seen since,” police said in a bulletin.
Mcleod’s husband then attempted to “locate her on his own,” according to the RCMP, but failed.
She was reported missing on June 19.
Police provided the following description of Mcleod:
White
5 ft 3 in
146 lbs
Grey hair, shaved at the back
Blue eyes
Last seen wearing grey pants, peach-coloured top and black backpack featuring pink peace signs
S/Sgt. Janelle Shoihet, from Kamloops RCMP, said: “Elizabeth was destined for Salmon Arm and may be traveling to that area but we are asking the public to take a moment to look at Elizabeth's photo and share within your social media circles.
“Any possible sightings should be reported to the Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3000 and cite file 2025-19244.”
