A man wanted for attempted murder was arrested in Kamloops on Monday.
According to RCMP, just after 10 am, officers received a report that the suspect was in the Victoria Street area.
Officers executed a warrant for more than half a dozen offences, including attempted murder, and arrested the man without incident.
Terrance Jones, 40, of no fixed address, now faces one count each of attempted murder, assault with a weapon, aggravated assault, robbery with a firearm, point a firearm, possession of a weapon, and use of firearm in an offence.
The chargers all stem from a Salmon Arm incident in August of 2020.
Mr. Jones is currently being held for court.
