(UPDATE: Oct. 17 @ Oct. 17 @ 8:10 am) - Michael Vareschi has been found, the Kamloops RCMP says.
(Original story: Oct. Oct. 14 @ 11:45 am) - The Kamloops RCMP are asking for the public’s help tracking down a man who was last seen earlier this month.
Michael Vareschi, 40, was last seen in downtown Kamloops on Friday, Oct. 3.
The RCMP said they want to confirm his location and wellbeing.
Vareschi is an Indigenous man who is about 5’11” and weighs 188 pounds.
He has black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about Vareschi is asked to call the Kamloops RCMP at (250) 828-3000 and refer to file 2025-33405.
Vareschi was reported as missing out of the Williams Lake area in 2022. His Facebook profile says he is from Williams Lake.
