(UPDATE: Jan. 4 @ 10:05 am) – The Kamloops RCMP have confirmed that a missing teen has been “located and she is well.”
On Thursday, police said Letisha Ryan, 18, was found after being reported missing on Dec. 28 after she failed to return home on Boxing Day.
“We would like to extend our thanks to the public and media for sharing the news release and respectfully request you remove her photo from your social media and other channels at this time,” states S/Sgt. Janelle Shoihet of the Kamloops RCMP.
KamloopsNow staff have removed her picture to respect her privacy.
(Original story: Dec. 28, 2023 @ 4:10 pm) – The Kamloops RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating an 18-year-old teen who went missing on Tuesday.
Letisha (Sage) Ryan was last seen on Dec. 26, when she failed to return home.
Police and her caregivers are concerned for her well-being.
She is described as:
Indigenous female
5’7”
150 lbs
Medium length black hair with red streaks
Brown eyes
