Vehicle collision snarls traffic east of Kamloops, near Valleyview

The Kamloops RCMP are advising people that a vehicle incident is impacting traffic on Highway 1 on the outskirts of Valleyview.

Westbound traffic has been reduced to one lane due to a collision near Grand Boulevard.

People are being advised to prepare for length delays if they are traveling westbound into Kamloops while the RCMP and other personnel work to clear the intersection.

The highway is expected to be cleared later this afternoon.
