Kelowna RCMP have issued a public warning about a high-risk sex offender now living in the community, saying he poses a significant risk of reoffending.
Police say Graham Daniel Dodge, 38, was released from custody April 7, 2026 and is residing in Kelowna.
Dodge is described as 5 ft 6 in tall, weighing about 82 kilograms, with brown hair and brown eyes.
RCMP say he has a history of offences including possession of child pornography and sexual interference. Following a custodial sentence in 2024, he was released on probation until February 2027, but was later re-arrested for breaching that order. Further investigation found he was again in possession of child pornography, leading to additional charges.
Police say Dodge pleaded guilty April 7, 2026 and received a 37-month sentence that amounted to time served.

Based on his criminal history and risk assessment, RCMP say Dodge poses a significant risk to adolescent males under 18, including both acquaintances and members of the public.
He remains subject to a number of probation conditions, including no contact with anyone under 18 outside limited exceptions, and prohibitions on attending places where minors are present such as parks, schools and community centres.
He is also restricted from using the internet for non-employment purposes involving social media, forums or communication with minors, and must report to probation and attend counselling as directed.
Police say they will be actively monitoring his compliance in partnership with probation services and other agencies.
The warning is being issued to allow the public to take appropriate precautions. Anyone who sees Dodge breaching his conditions is asked to call 911.
