Imagine, sipping wine on the rooftop of your bodacious waterfront villa, with an all-electric Beamer in the driveway, speedboat at the dock and cash in the bank.
The aptly-named Millionaire Lottery can make it possible with one of its luxury home-car-boat-and-cash prize packages that would indeed allow you to live like the rich and famous.
Two of the 10 grand prize options are in Kelowna, two on Vancouver Island and the rest in Metro Vancouver..
After all, BC is beautiful ocean, lakes and mountains and the setting where the moneyed crowd likes to live, work, play and invest.
The Millionaire Lottery is the annual fundraiser that supports Vancouver General Hospital and the UBC Hospital Foundation.
The first Kelowna grand prize option is valued at more than $2.9 million.
It is to live on Okanagan Lake in a luxury villa at Waterfront at Westrich Bay with a 2023 fully electric BMW iX xDrive 50 SUV in the garage and a 2023 Crownline 200SS speedboat at the private marina.
The Westrich package also includes $10,000 so you can put in an EV Charger for the Beamer, plus $120,000 cash.
By the way, the Westrich townhouse is 2,700-square-feet, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and an incredible rooftop terrace overlooking the lake.
Besides the luxury townhouses and private marine, the Westrich community will also have condominiums, a private beach and waterside restaurant, lounge and patio.
The second Kelowna grand prize option is also worth more than $2.9 million.
It is to live on the southeastern edge of Knox Mountain Park in a luxury condominium at Eminence on Boynton Place, off Clifton Road.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is 1,150-square-feet and comes with two swanky vehicles in the driveway -- a 2023 BMW iX xDrive50 SUV and 2023 Hyundai Palisade SUV -- plus $1.75 million in cash.
If you are the grand prize winner you can choose either of the Kelowna packages or from seven other grand prize options across BC valued at $2.9 to 3.2 million, or simply take $2.7 million in cash, tax-free.
Some of the other home-car-cash prize options include a townhouse at ROWE in Vancouver with a Tesla, money for furniture and travel and $450,000 cash; a penthouse condo in Vancouver's Olympic Village with a Tesla, money for furniture and $100,000 cash; an oceanfront cottage at Moonlight Bay in Sooke on Vancouver Island with a Beamer and $1.5 million in cash; and a home at Crown Isle golf course in Courtenay on Vancouver Island with Beamer in the driveway, gift certificate for the pro shop and clubhouse and $550,000 cash.
