An Alberta man wanted Canada-wide for several serious offences could potentially be in the Okanagan area.
The Grand Prairie RCMP went public today with an appeal for information on the whereabouts of 45-year-old Justin Radcliffe.
According to police, he’s known to frequent a pair of spots in British Columbia – Kelowna and Falkland.

Radcliffe was first arrested by Grand Prairie RCMP on July 19, 2022, two days after it was reported that he sexually assaulted a minor and published the images.
Upon his arrest, he was charged with the following:
Radcliffe was released with a future court date, but police issued a warrant for his arrest after he failed to appear.
He’s been the subject of three missing persons reports over the past two years – first in April 2023 then twice in September 2024.
Police described the wanted man as 5’5” and 170 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.
The public is warned not to approach Radcliffe, but rather call police immediately if he’s spotted.
