VIDEO: Kamloops crow says 'hello'

Have you ever wondered what it would be like if you could speak to and understand animals? Well, one Kamloops man can!

In a video posted to Youtube by "Andromedaman1964" on Thursday, he can be seen speaking to a crow. After saying "hello" to the crow, the bird appears to say it right back.

According to the Corvid research blog, birds such as crows and ravens can actually mimic sounds made by other animals. To a lesser extent, their ability is similar to a parrot.

Since being posted, the video has over 11,000 views, with many residents claiming they have found their own "talking crows" in their backyards.
