On Thursday, the 2022 WHL Prospects Draft was held, and the Kamloops Blazers made 12 total selections.
After trading up to grab Edge School graduate Nathan Behm at 13th, the Blazers took two forwards in the third round, Jack Bakker and Andrew Thomson.
Here is the full list of the draft picks.
Nathan Behm (F)- first round, 13th overall. Calgary. Edge School. Click here for more on Nathan.
Jack Bakker (F)- third round, 57th overall. Surrey. BWC Academy U15 Prep.
Had 51 points in 30 games for the Burnaby Winter Club.
Andrew Thomson (F)- third round, 63rd overall. Sherwood Park, Alta. OHA Edmonton U15 Prep.
Had 52 points in 28 games.

Isa Guram (D)- fourth round, 85th overall. Burnaby. Delta Hockey Academy U15 Prep.
Contributed 27 points in 28 games.
Zach Pantelakis (F)- fifth round, 109th overall. North Vancouver. Delta Hockey Academy U15 Prep.
The 14-year old put up 42 points in 29 games.

Teigan Semchyshen (D)- seventh round, 146th overall. Warman, Sask. Martensville Marauders U15 AA.
Had 32 points in 31 games.
Logan Edmonstone (G)- eighth round, 173rd overall. Saskatoon. Saskatoon General U15 AA.
In 19 games, had a .923 SV% and 2.83 GAA with a 14-4-1 record.
Tommy Lafreniere (F)- eighth round, 174th overall. Horny Island, BC. Yale Hockey Academy U15 Prep.
Born in Saint-Sauveur, Que and posted 40 points in 30 games.
Nicholas Morin (D)- ninth round, 195th overall. Coquitlam. Vancouver NE Chiefs U15 AA.
Had 10 points in 28 games.
Tyson Moss (D)- 10th round, 217th overall. Port Moody. Yale Hockey Academy U15 Prep.
Played just three games at the prep level, and had one assist.

Hunter Yanick (F)- 11th round, 239th overall. Fort Saskatchewan, Alta. Fort Saskatchewan Rangers U15 AA.
Put up 26 points in 34 games played.
Evan Cook (F)- 12th round, 261st overall. Surrey. Valley West Giants U15 AA.
Poured in 66 points, 49 assists in just 28 games.
In addition, there were two local players drafted that were born and raised in Kamloops.
Hunter Aura. The defenceman was drafted by the Calgary Hitmen with the 51st pick in the third round. He played his midget hockey with the Thompson Blazers U15 AAA team.
Kieran Thibault. The defenceman was drafted by the Prince George Cougars with the 138th pick in the seventh round. He also played for the Blazers AAA U15 squad.
