Now is the time to fill up if you are headed through the Okanagan.
According to GasBuddy.com, eight of the 10 cheapest gas stations in the province are located in Vernon or Kelowna.
Of the eight, seven are in Vernon. This the Mobil at 5501 Anderson Way, Safeway at 4300 32nd Street, Petro-Canada at 4709 27th Street Centex at 4600 Pleasant Valley Road and the Super Save at 3603 32nd Street, all of which are selling gas for 97.9¢.
The Mobil at 2501 34th Street is priced at 99.8¢ while the Esso and 7-Eleven on 3400 32nd Street is going for 99.9¢.
In Kelowna, the Super Save on 1425 BC-33 W is selling for a hair under $1 at 99.9¢.
The last two stations are located in Dawson Creek and Prince George. PG's Costco gas bar is selling gas for 99.9¢. while the Safeway in Dawson Creek has gas priced at 98.9¢.
