The victims ranged in age from five to 65.

Lo, 30, was initially charged with eight counts of second-degree murder on April 27.

The BC Prosecution Service approved the additional charges following a review of evidence submitted by Vancouver Police Homicide investigators, a news release said.

In a recent update, Lo is due back in court on July 23 for a fitness hearing.
