UPDATE: Teenager with links to BC Interior found 'safe and sound'

(UPDATE: Sept. 26 at 10:22 am): The woman has now been found.

Mounties said she was located "safe and sound" in Prince George.


(Original story: Sept. 25 at 2 pm): British Columbia Mounties are searching for an 18-year-old woman who has been missing for several days.

Madilyn Henry was last seen in Prince George on Sept. 21 at about 10 pm.

Police said she also has links to the BC Interior.

They provided the following description of the teenager:

  • White

  • 5 ft 5 in

  • 110 lbs

  • Red hair

  • Blue eyes

  • Slender

  • Last seen wearing black shirt, pyjama pants

“Madilyn regularly spends time in the downtown area of Prince George, she has also been known to spend time in communities of Hixon and Quesnel,” Cpl. Jennifer Cooper said.

“We are asking that if anyone has seen Madilyn or knows of her whereabouts, they contact the Prince George RCMP non-emergency line at 250-561-3300.”
