Every day, dozens of complaints are made to the Better Business Bureau’s (BBB) Mainland BC branch, which serves most of BC and the Yukon.
From things as minor as getting a bad meal at a restaurant to significant issues like a poor, unsafe job by a contractor, the BBB hears about it all.
Quirky Complaints!

“On rare occasions, we do receive complaints that make us do a double take,” said Aaron Guillen, media and communications specialist with BBB Serving Mainland BC.
“No matter what, our BBB team is devoted to going through every complaint, review, and scam report that is submitted to ensure its authenticity.”
This morning, the BBB released its four quirkiest complaints from BC in 2022 and they deserve more than a double take.
If you ever have a business-related complaint you would like to file with the BBB, maybe one with a little more merit than those listed above, you can do so online.
