Charter bus company Ebus has announced a new stop in West Kelowna starting Monday, Dec. 3rd.
Twice-daily routes from Kelowna to Kamloops and Vancouver will now include at stop Eastbound on Dobbin Road in West Kelowna.
To get to Vancouver, the bus departs West Kelowna at 9:55 a.m. and 5:10 p.m. and makes stops in Merritt, Hope, Chilliwack, Abbotsford and Surrey for pick ups and drop offs before arriving at Vancouver's main bus terminal in five hours and five minutes.
If booked online, the one-way cost is $70.85. The standard fare is $74.58.
To get to Kamloops, the bus leaves West Kelowna daily at 12:55 p.m. and 9:10 p.m. and makes stops at Kelowna airport and Vernon for pick ups and drop offs before arriving at Kamloops' Sahali Mall in three hours and 10 minutes.
If booked online, the one-way cost is $35.19. The standard fare is $37.03.
According to Ebus, the decision came after weeks of collaboration with the City of West Kelowna.
