The announcement was made today and at this point we can only speculate on the lucky winner’s first name and what they’ll choose as a prize.

Delaney will now get to pick from one of eight grand prizes, which are:

  • A condo in south Surrey worth over $2.8 million
  • Condos in both downtown Kelowna and south Surrey worth over $2.5 million
  • A townhouse in south Surrey worth over $2.8 million
  • A condo in Vancouver worth over $2.6 million
  • A townhouse in Squamish and condo in Vancouver worth over $2.4 million
  • A townhouse in Victoria worth over $2.4 million
  • A detached home in Kelowna worth over $2.4 million

Each prize comes with other goodies like cash or cars and Delaney will also have the option of taking $2.2-million cash, which is also tax-free.

Not only will Delaney be picking a life-changing prize, but the winner of the lottery’s 50/50 draw is also from the Okanagan.

West Kelowna’s ‘C. Heinbecker’ was the lucky winner of the 50/50 and will take home a cool $828,000.
