The province is inviting people to give feedback on soon-to-be revamped DriveBC website.
A news release from BC’s Ministry of Transportation and infrastructure (MoTI) says the new website will be easier to use, more reliable and will allow drivers to focus on personalized routes.
There will also be a focus on the mobile website, which is how most people use the site to access information on road incidents, construction and to view highway webcams..
“There will be a simplified map and a less cluttered look,” a news release says.
“The site will offer clearer event notifications and new advisory features. New route planning will focus information about specified trips.”
There is a button on the existing site which will allow people to access the test site where they will find a link to a survey to provide feedback.
Feedback will help website designers “streamline and modernize” the website, says the MoTI.
