Pater was charged with 15 counts in relation to sexual offences on minors including trafficking of persons under the age of 18 years.

Houbregs and Moore were charged with six counts involving sexual offences on minors.

All men are bound by several conditions which include not having contact whether directly or indirectly, or be in the presence of anyone under the age of 16.

They are also not allowed to attend any public park, swimming area, community centre, theatre, daycare, school or place where persons under 16 are known to be present.

“Police want to remind the public that a sexual assault complaint can be made at anytime. If you are a victim of sexual assault please call us,” the RCMP added.
