Kamloops is sticking with what it knows!
Following Saturday's snap election in BC, unofficial results say incumbent Peter Milobar has been re-elected as the MLA for the Kamloops-North Thompson. With 81 out of 107 ballots counted, Milobar was declared winner of the riding with a total of 3,438 votes.
This is the second time the Liberal Party candidate has been elected into the position of MLA. Milobar also served as the mayor of Kamloops for three terms prior to joining provincial politics.
