Most British Columbians will head to the polls on Saturday, but there is one more day to avoid the election day rush and submit your ballot in advance.
The sixth and final day of advance voting for BC’s 2024 general election is today until 8 pm.
You can see a list of places where you can vote in advance in your community here.
“Elections BC has also sent Where to Vote cards to every registered voter in the province,” a statement from Elections BC says.
“The cards list advance voting places in the voter’s electoral district, and their assigned voting place for final voting day on Saturday, Oct. 19.”
Advance voting is an option for all eligible voters, and ballots can be submitted at any voting place in the province.
People are encouraged to bring their Where to Vote card with them to the polling place and they must bring acceptable ID to prove their identity and residential address.
